We recommend not flying with partially used pods or disposing of them before getting on a plane and using a fresh one when you land.
However, equipment should be removed and storage tanks should be empty to prevent leakage. Pack the tank and pod with your toiletries in your checked luggage.
Vape pen is allowed and must be carried on board because batteries are not allowed in checked baggage.

How do i know if my vape pen is charged?

In most cases, a green light means your device is fully charged, and orange/blue/red means charging is in progress.
Each vape pen is different. When you buy a new device, you should read the OPERATING MANUAL first. Generally speaking, after confirming that the charging device has been connected, there should be an LED light near the charging point to show whether it is charging.

How do i charge my vape pen?/ Can i charge a vape pen without a proper charger?

All devices have suitable magnetic USB docking stations or miniature USB cables. You can plug the device into a USB charger. It will take 45 to 60 minutes to fully charge the device.
Technically, you can use the device’s own cable, which needs to be plugged into the battery but takes six times longer to recharge. For your own safety, buy a charger. Charging with these cables is dangerous.

My device did not work/ is broken, what should i do?

Please return the faulty device by AU Stamp $2.2 to our after-sale service center. We need to check the problems on the device to confirm the problems.
If the device is still under warranty, we will provide the repair or replacement service for free, and will offer a $2.2 store credit for your next order.

Can I refill my pods with water?

For health and safety reasons, do not attempt to open or refill your pods. When you vaporize water, you vaporize all the impurities in the water, and the steam will hit you hard in the throat.
If you want to refill the pods, we provide the REFIILABLE PODS and vape juice for your device. Nicotine-containing and nicotine free options are available.

How much nicotine in the pods?

We have 0%, 3%, 5% nicotine options for you to choose. Please select the correct nicotine level according to your own usage.

How to store the pods?

It can be stored for 1-2 years before opening, and should be used within 2-3 weeks after opening. Otherwise, you may find that the liquid is discolored and the flavor or quality is reduced. To ensure the taste and quality, please store it in a dry environment and avoid direct sunlight. Store away from children and pets.

How long does a RELX pod last?

Each Relx Pod carries 2ml enough liquid electrons to sustain about 650 pulls, it equivalents 3 pack of cigarette. How long a pod lasts depends on your daily smoking habits and the amount of vapor you ake in with each drag.

How long can i use RELX after charging it? / How long does RELX's battery last?

250〜300puffs available use in full power state, you can generally count on a full charge to last you through the day. While the battery life depends on how heavily you use the device.

How do I know when my RELX will be fully charged?

You should see the light on and keep it on while the device is charging, and turn it off when the battery is fully charged. It usually takes 45 to 60 minutes to fully charge your RELX device.
Note: The maximum charging current of the battery is 600mA, please pay attention to avoid overcharging.

I received a different package from the past, is it fake?
